RomTelecom and Cosmote offer broadband/mobile package

Incumbent PSTN operator RomTelecom and cellco Cosmote Romania, both owned by Greece’s OTE, have launched a joint offer of fixed broadband internet and mobile telephony for residential and corporate users, local daily Business Standard reports. Those signing up to the package for a year get a 20% discount. RomTelecom CEO Yorgos Ioannidis said that the offer was just the first step in a planned series of future co-operations between the two companies.
