neuf Cegetel inks deal

French alternative telecoms operator neuf Cegetel has signed an agreement with, owner of one of the world’s largest free wireless networks, under which customers using the former’s dual-mode Wi-Fi mobile phone, TWIN, will be able to access’s network across Europe. currently has around 2,200 hotspots in 18 European countries, situated in cafes, bars and restaurants, including nearly 200 in the UK. The company is looking to add a further 500 hotspots in the UK between December 2007 and summer 2008.
