VivaCell now comes with extra MACH power

Armenian mobile operator VivaCell, a subsidiary of Russian wireless operator Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), said yesterday it will use MACH’s Financial Clearing and inter-operator tariff (IOT Check) platforms, as well as extending its contract for MACH’s Data Clearing platform. VivaCell is Armenia’s leading mobile operator by subscribers. The MACH IOT Check application ensures that IOTs are correct when a user is roaming across networks and ensures that VivaCell is proofed against incorrect tariffs. MACH Data Clearing enables VivaCell to exchange billing and settlement information with other network operators.
