Optima Telekom’s IPO plan approved

Croatian alternative telco Optima Telekom has been authorised by the country’s Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) to launch an IPO next month. It plans to float 800,000 new ordinary shares and 110,000 ordinary shares currently owned by largest shareholder Matija Martic, nominally valued at HRK10 each (USD2), whilst the minimum share package price for the IPO has been set at HRK250. Optima Telekom is owned by Matija Martic (80.5%) and Hypo Consultants Telecom (19.5%). Its president is Croatia’s former Communications Minister Roland Zuvanic.
