CTI signs another 17 roaming agreements

Argentine cellco CTI Movil inked 17 international roaming agreements during the third quarter of 2007, bringing the total to 296, reports BNamericas. CTI Movil, owned by Mexican giant America Movil, signed roaming agreements with operators in Malawi, Liechtenstein, Liberia, Aruba, Thailand, Andorra, Ukraine, Taiwan, Kuwait, among other countries. The company earned revenues of ARS1.5 billion (USD474 million) in the third quarter of 2007, an increase of 28.2% compared to ARS1.17 billion in 3Q06.
