Polish copper producer KGHM plans to list its telecoms subsidiary Telefonia Dialog on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the first quarter of next year, a local news agency reported the company’s deputy chief as saying. Maksymilian Bylicki told PAP state agency in an interview that KGHM wants to sell some of its stake in Dialog, but will remain the company’s controlling shareholder. ‘We plan to offer new shares, because the company needs money to grow,’ he was quoted as saying. ‘The size of the offering has not been decided.’
