Swedish telecoms regulator the PTS has ordered TeliaSonera to make wholesale bitstream broadband internet access services commercially available to rival telecoms operators within 90 days. If it fails to do so, the watchdog says the former monopoly will be fined SEK36 million (USD5.6 million).
