Orange Romania has expanded its HSDPA 3.5G coverage to 13 new locations. The addition of services in Alba-Iulia, Bistrita, Botosani, Calarasi, Deva, Focsani, Piatra-Neamt, Sf. Gheorghe, Slobozia, Suceava, Tulcea, Turnu-Severin and Zalau means Orange now has 3.5G networks live in 33 cities, Nine o’Clock reports. Orange is Romania’s largest cellular operator, with 8.57 million subscribers and a 44.7% market share at the end of June, according to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms database. It launched HSDPA 3.5G services in ten cities in June this year.
