Vodafone’s 3.5G footprint grows

Vodafone Romania has announced that it has expanded its 3G/3.5G W-CDMA/HSDPA mobile network coverage to include six new cities: Sfantu Gheorghe in Covasna county, Alexandria, Tulcea, Targoviste, Slatina and Giurgiu. The cellco’s UMTS/HSDPA services now cover 29 cities plus the Black Sea resorts of Mamaia, Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Costinesti, Olimp, Neptun, Cap Aurora, Venus, Mangalia and Vama Veche.
