Etisalat and du to duke it out over DVB-H

In an update to Monday’s story on Media & Broadcast being commissioned by Tecom Investments to set up a cellular TV network based on the DVB-H platform, du has revealed it expects to offer this service to a number of its customers during a trial phase. du, partly owned by Tecom, will go head to head with Etisalat, after the latter revealed that it deployed its own trial network for DVB-H last October and is still running technical trials.
