WiMAX quartet to share common infrastructure

Malaysia’s four WiMAX licence holders have formed a consortium to build a common infrastructure for their wireless broadband services. In March 2007 the government awarded WiMAX concessions to Asiaspace Dotcom, Redtone-CNX Broadband, Bizsurf and PacketOne Networks. The licensees have until the end of the year to begin services.
