Earnings flat at Cincinnati Bell

6 Aug 2007

US telco Cincinnati Bell has reported a flat second-quarter net profit, with higher wireless and data revenues offset by the impact of an asset sale last year. Net income for the three months to the end of June fell from USD24.3 million in 2006 to USD24.2 million this year. Sales for the period were up 2% to USD329.1 million. Cincinnati Bell offers fixed line and wireless services in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
