Morgan Stanley appointed to study Completel sale

French business telecoms company Completel Europe has appointed Morgan Stanley to oversee its possible sale, writes AFX News citing an unconfirmed report in Les Echos. Completel, which claims to be the country’s second largest player in the French business services market behind France Télécom, has already dismissed several offers from the company. However, it has now hired Morgan Stanley after receiving another unsolicited takeover offer.
