neuf inks Wi-Fi deal with SNCF

Telecompaper reports that neuf Cegetel has signed an agreement with French railways company SNCF to deploy and operate a Wi-Fi network in the country’s 48 largest train stations. Under the terms of deal, neuf subscribers will have free access to the company’s hotspots, while other rail users will have free access to SNCF web sites only. SNCF stated that other operators will also be able to offer Wi-Fi services to their customers.
