P4 ups end year targets

Netia-backed P4, the newest wireless network operator in Poland, has upwardly revised its year end goals after achieving 100,000 customers within seven weeks of launch. According to ICT Poland, the company now predicts it will have 750,000 customers by the end of 2007. According to Marcin Gruszka, a spokesperson for P4, the company is achieving high ARPU – around PLN189.6 (USD67.2) for post-paid clients and PLN86.9 for pre-paid users. P4 hopes to earn revenues of PLN350 million in 2007 and PLN2.6 billion in 2009.
