The Italian postal service Poste Italiana says it expects to sign up two million customers under its mobile resale deal with Vodafone. The post office group forged a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement with Vodafone last month and the first services are expected to be introduced in the fourth quarter of this year, Forbes reports. Poste Italiana intends to link its mobile operation with its existing electronic payment service, allowing users to make payments using their mobile handset.
