Vodafone upgrades to HSDPA

Following the launch of 3G services earlier this year, Vodafone Malta has announced it has upgraded its W-CDMA network to HSDPA, boosting speeds available to customers by up to four times. Coverage of the 3G/3.5G network has also been improved and now covers St Julian’s, Sliema, Gzira, Ta’ Xbiex, Msida, Hamrun, Marsa, Floriana, Valletta, Attard, Balzan, Gharghur, Luqa, Mosta, Naxxar, Pieta, San Gwann and St Paul’s Bay.
