T-HT’s IPO to be delayed

A planned IPO of shares in Croatian incumbent fixed line operator T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT) has been postponed from summer to autumn this year, participants at the ‘Money Markets’ conference in Opatija were told, writes local newspaper Croatia Today. The paper reports that decisions are still being made over the structure of dividend payments to shareholders that will significantly affect the attractiveness of the shares. T-HT is owned by Deutsche Telekom (51%) and the Croatian government (49%).
