12 Apr 2007

Paraguayan state-run telco Copaco plans to offer 20,000 new fixed lines at reduced end-user rental prices this week as part of the 150,000 lines it hopes to deploy this year, reports BNamericas quoting local daily Última Hora. The move is aimed at helping low-income sections of the population access telephony. Copaco currently has around 300,000 main lines in service
