San Diego-based NeuroPower has completed the acquisition of Asian direct marketing and database solution provider PriMetrica Asia Pacific from PriMetrica. Headquartered in Singapore, NeuroPower’s new subsidiary will operate as PriMetricaAsia (PMA) with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and San Diego.
PMA will continue to provide a full range of direct marketing, database management and solutions, data analytics, and lead generation services to its clients in the region. The company plans to invest in improvements and expansion of the proprietary CorporateAsia™ marketing database of approximately one million key decision makers and influencers and 300,000 enterprise profiles throughout Asia. The new division will also expand its offerings to take advantage of NeuroPower’s software technology in artificial intelligence, search and experts systems development. It will continue to focus on the telecommunications, IT and media sectors, and plans to expand operations to China and Vietnam by the end of the year. ‘Our software technology, combined with PMA’s operations capability and domain expertise in database solutions for marketers, puts PriMetricaAsia in a position to lead the transformation of database marketing to a more interactive, personal and profitable experience for technology clients and their customers,’ said Tom Marsh, NeuroPower’s CEO. ‘We also plan to be more active in promoting the region to our US-based clients and assisting them with business development in the Asia Pacific region.’
