Deutsche Telekom has hired JPMorgan to look for a buyer for its Spanish subsidiary Ya.com, sources close to the process said last week. ‘They have sent us the sale prospectus and it seems like they’re in a hurry’, one of the possible interested buyers told Reuters. Another source familiar with the proceedings told the same news provider that JP Morgan had already given the sales documentation to Jazztel, Spain’s number-two broadband provider, and to mobile-phone operators Orange and Vodafone.
