Telemig Celular selects RADCOM to monitor cellular, VoIP service quality

Brazilian mobile operator Telemig Celular has selected Israel-based RADCOM Ltd, a leading network test and service monitoring solutions provider, to install a new service quality monitoring system. RADCOM will deploy its Omni-Q product to measure the quality of services offered over Telemig Celular’s multi-technology, multi-vendor network. Omni-Q generates tailor-made reports for multiple users including the Network Operations Centre (NOC), engineering, customer support and management, and will enable the operator to utilise analysis and trending on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
