M1 deploys Talgentra’s revenue collection management solution

Singaporean wireless operator MobileOne Asia (M1) has announced the successful deployment of Talgentra’s customer revenue management and collection system to manage the collection of unpaid bills. The Talgentra Tallyman solution will enable M1 to better target customers in arrears and tailor a personalised approach to debt collection with them.
