United Arab Emirates second national operator Du, which launched cellular services earlier this week, has released audited financial results for the fourth quarter of 2006. The figures show net costs of AED280.3 million (USD76.3 million) between October and December, bringing the total pre-operating cost for 2006 to AED608.9 million.
