Telecom Italia (TI) has unveiled a new business structure and has shuffled its senior management. The firm has confirmed Riccardo Ruggiero as chief executive, Guido Rossi as chairman and Carlo Buora as executive vice-chairman. The group will now have divisions for domestic fixed services (headed by Marco Castelli), mobile services (Luca Luciani), TIM Brasil (Mario Cesar Araujo), top clients/ICT (Mauro Nanni), technology (Stefano Pileri) and media (Enrico Parazzini); the Olivetti division will be overseen by Giovanni Ferrario, while Buora will head up all other units, including finance and human resources. TI is due to publish a new three-year industrial plan next month.
