Copaco plans internet cuts

Paraguay’s state-owned telco Copaco has said it intends to lower internet tariffs in order to encourage subscriber uptake. The country is home to just 70,000 internet customers according to Copaco president Omar López Zayas, BNamericas reports. Copaco is also preparing to launch a service which will allow wireline customers to manage their phone usage.
