TDC ready to offer mobile TV

Danish incumbent TDC, which has been offering mobile services since 1982, has added mobile TV to its list of products. Unlimited access to six of the country’s most popular television channels are now available to cellular subscribers of TDC’s 3G network, at a cost of DKK29 (USD5) a day, DKK49 a week or DKK69 a month. An estimated 75,000 of TDC’s 2.7 million mobile customers at the end of September 2006 were 3G users.
