Magyar Telekom ups T-Systems Hungary stake to 51%

According to reports from the Budapest Business Journal, Hungarian incumbent Magyar Telekom has increased its holding in T-Systems Hungary by 2% to 51%, and announced plans to increase its strategic cooperation with T-Systems Enterprise Services, its joint venture partner in T-Systems Hungary. Both parties plan to increase Magyar Telekom’s share in T-Systems Hungary to 100% by the end of Q2 2007.
