Irish Broadband says Go!

23 Nov 2006

Irish Broadband has launched a new PC datacard product, offering unlimited wireless broadband access for a fixed monthly fee. The company’s Irish Broadband Go! service allows users to connect to the web within its service coverage area, at speeds greater than those provided by 3G networks. It says that the Go! product differs from rival offerings in that it has no usage caps and does not restrict access to services such as IP telephony or IM. Irish Broadband is initially launching the 512kbps downstream service in the Dublin area with coverage of Cork, Galway and Limerick metropolitan areas expected to follow in 2007.
