Etisalat launches time-based broadband package

UAE incumbent Etisalat has launched a new entry-level Al-Shamil broadband package, offering a 256kbps connection with 15 hours a month access. The new package will cost AED99 (USD27) a month, with a AED200 installation fee and a charge of AED2.99 for every hour used over the limit.
