BT Ireland targets eircom’s SME base with new all-in-one packages

3 Nov 2006

BT Ireland has launched a range of new all-in-one telecoms packages in a bid to wrest SME users away from national incumbent eircom. In a statement yesterday the alternative operator said it was looking to ‘shake up’ the market by re-launching its Business Enterprise division in an attempt to increase its share of the lucrative and increasingly important SME segment. BT Ireland is launching its new inclusive communications package known as the BT Business One Plan to support the initiative, which offers high speed internet access, line rental, and a bundle of landline and mobile calls to Ireland and the UK, with prices starting from EUR79.99 a month (USD102.07 excl. VAT).
