O2 Germany offers integrated mobile and broadband services

1 Nov 2006

German cellco O2 Germany has entered the DSL market by offering converged mobile, DSL landline and internet services from a single source, with a single bill. The fourth-placed mobile operator will offer the service using its own GSM network, and the DSL network of Telefónica Deutschland, recently included in the O2 Group as part of O2’s acquisition by Spanish behemoth Telefónica. Three packages will be offered; O2 DSL S and O2 DSL M for light users and families; and O2 DSL L for heavy users.
