BroadSoft, a provider of VoIP software, and Atreus Systems, an IP provisioning software specialist, told an industry conference this week that US and Caribbean telecoms provider Centennial Communications has chosen BroadSoft’s BroadWorks VoIP platform to offer mobile VoIP-based telephony services. Atreus has supplied Centennial with provisioning support for BroadSoft’s QuickStart Express software to simplify the deployment of its Mobile PBX solution. ‘Fast-growing enterprises in Puerto Rico conduct business across the Caribbean and in mainland US states, such as Florida and New York, and require telephony services with a high degree of flexibility, scalability and mobility,’ said Carlos Blanco, president of Centennial de Puerto Rico. ‘BroadWorks Mobile PBX will give these companies the telecommunications capabilities they need to operate anywhere, at any time, on any device.’
