TP SA lands fine for unauthorised Neostrada pricing

According to telecompaper.com, TP SA has been fined PLN100 million (USD32 million) by the UKE after the regulatory body determined that the dominant Polish telco had failed to price its Neostrada internet offering based on the cost of supplying the service. The news comes several months after the UKE began investigating the Neostrada prices following an unapproved price cut carried out by the telco. TP SA has revealed that it will appeal the fine.
