Regulator gives green light to Telmex's purchase of Superview

The Colombian television regulator, CNTV, has approved the acquisition of cable TV operator Superview by Telmex, writes BNamericas. Telmex said it paid USD42 million for the cableco, which has around 155,000 subscribers.
