BNamericas reports that a commission formed by the Buenos Aires government body, and known as Buenos Aires Inalambrica is to spend six months studying the implementation of a wireless broadband network in the city and the creation of Wi-Fi hotspots in public places. If the network comes to fruition it would make Buenos Aires the first city in the country to offer free wireless broadband access to its residents.
