Iran offers help for Iraqi telecoms projects

Iran is willing to help develop the communication networks in the southern Iraqi cities of Karbala and Najaf, reports Portal Iraq quoting a director in the Iranian IT and Communications Ministry. The director added that the country intends to offer monetary assistance for a number of projects in the cities, to be implemented by private Iraqi companies.
