TIM Hellas extends Nokia’s 3G contract to include HSDPA

Nokia has signed an extension to its existing W-CDMA network contract with Greece’s TIM Hellas to cover the supply of a High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) solution and its new Nokia Flexi base station. Under the agreement, the Finnish vendor will continue as TIM Hellas’ sole 3G radio network supplier and will provide a mobile TV solution as well as additional services including spare parts management.
