Regulator: Telkom ADSL fees OK

A regulatory review of Telkom’s broadband internet services has concluded that its pricing should not be altered. Icasa launched an investigation into Telkom’s ADSL services several months ago, hearing hundreds of submissions by customers who claimed that offerings were too slow and too expensive, Business Daily reports. The regulator has ruled that fees should remain unchanged, however, disappointing consumer groups and competitors.
