Ola auction postponed

ETB and EPM have postponed the sale of a 50% plus one share stake in their wireless joint venture Colombia Movil (Ola) from 11 August until the end of the month, according to BNamericas. It has been reported in the local press that just two bidders remain, after Chilean cellco Entel PCS opted to withdraw from the sale. The remaining candidates are Jamaica-based Digicel and Luembourg’s Millicom International Cellular (MIC).
