Telstra ULL pricing rejected

Australian fixed line incumbent Telstra has had its proposal to charge rivals a single nationwide fee for unbundled local loop (ULL) service rejected by competition regulator, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Telstra’s suggested AUD30 (USD22) charge per customer was damned for being ‘not reasonable’ and would hinder competition, the ACCC said in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
