Vodafone Italy has filed a complaint with telecoms regulator Agcom against rival operator Telecom Italia concerning alleged “distortions of competition”. Local newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reports that Vodafone says TI is using unfair practices to win back customers who have transferred to competitors. ISP FastWeb recently won an injunction against TI ordering it to stop targeting former customers whose details they had retained.
