Euroweb sells Hungarian. Romanian units

Euroweb International says it has sold its wholly owned subsidiaries in Hungary and Romania to Hungarian fixed line operator Invitel for USD30 million, less USD6 million of debt payable to Commerzbank. Under the deal Invitel will take control of Euroweb Hungary and Euroweb Romania, which provide internet access services to residential and business users.
