T-Mobile Hungary inaugurates HSDPA service

Hungarian mobile operator T-Mobile has launched a high speed mobile internet service based on HSDPA technology, a first for the country. The service, which offers downstream transmission speeds of up to 1.5Mbps, is currently only available in Budapest, but the cellco plans to expand coverage to other cities by the end of this year.
