Mexican satellite operator Satmex has delayed the launch of its latest satellite until 26 May (not July as reported in yesterday’s CommsUpdate), but has yet to give a reason for doing so, according to BNamericas citing local daily Milenio. Satmex 6 was due to take off from French Guiana on 17 May at a cost of USD270 million. It is due to begin providing communications and broadcast services in July, including pay-TV, to the US and Latin America.
