Speaking at the 9th International Telecom Summit for the Arab States, Khalifa Al Forah, Etisalat’s Manager of Mobile Systems, has revealed that his company has deployed HSDPA across its W-CDMA based network. Etisalat claims to be the first cellco in the region to have launched such services.
