Partner selects Radcom 3G network monitoring solution

11 Apr 2006

Israeli cellco Partner Communications has selected Radcom to deploy its Omni-Q UMTS network monitoring solution. The Omni-Q will enable Partner to manage the service performance of its W-CDMA and HSDPA networks across various local sites from a single control centre. Strategically deployed probes monitor all cellular links in the Partner network including the UTRAN (radio) and the core network. A central management module consolidates network performance information into a comprehensive, integrated view. Partner launched W-CDMA services in December 2004 and now has 3G coverage of more than 90% of the population. It launched HSDPA services last month.
