EMT declared SMP by ENCB

The Estonian National Communications Board (ENCB) has declared that mobile operator Eesti Mobiiltelefon (EMT) has significant market power (SMP) in voice call termination on mobile networks. The designation allows the regulator to impose stricter restrictions on the company’s services and tariffs. EMT’s rivals Tele2 Eesti and Elisa (Radiolinja) have already been declared as having SMP in the sector.
