Primus launches VoIP

6 Mar 2006

Australia’s Primus Telecom has become the latest operator to enter the IP telephony market, launching VoIP services under the TalkBroadband banner. The service has been modelled on the ‘Lingo’ VoIP offering of Primus’ parent company in the US, and offers standard telephony features like call forward, call return, call waiting, last number redial and caller ID. TalkBroadband is available to all 120,000-plus Primus broadband customers.
