Court ratifies Magyar Telekom merger with its mobile unit

The Court of Registry in Hungary has officially registered the merger of Magyar Telekom (MT) and T-Mobile Hungary. From 1 March MT will be the legal successor to the network operator, although T-Mobile will continue to operate under its existing brand name and as an independent business within the group.
